Ashraf as a teenage sensation in the mid-1970s.Her debut film was "Nanha Farishta" in 1974 and that year she climbed to the top with super hit songs in the film "Shama".she was brilliant in fast tracks, sad songs and ghazals as well. she was amazingly popular because of her terrific looks and turned down many offers for film heroine.
